Our stay was enjoyable, especially walking through the nearby historic area. My dad loved exploring the gorgeous monuments while I captured photos. The hotel's location made it super convenient for us to soak in the culture without having to travel far.

In my kids' opinion, the front desk could be friendlier and more accommodating when families arrive with extra children.

I stayed 5 nights in an Executive King Room and I have to say, the staff was genuinely helpful. At one point, I needed a late check-out, and they just made it happen without any fuss.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Great location and convenient parking.

We were treated rudely by the front desk staff about our extra child, which was upsetting considering we’ve stayed here before without issue. Our first room was dirty, and the curtains were ripped, leaving us to request a change. The new room had a horrible sewer smell that I had to block with a towel just to bear it.

Great location in trendy San Pedro, with spacious rooms and a handy on-site restaurant. However, the service could use improvement. check-in was slow and breakfast wasn’t always timely. The AC in the room struggled, and I had to request extra towels multiple times during my stay.
